Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

International

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country.

Return Policy

UNITED STATE RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

Items purchased on Mom and Me and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Mom and Me for return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (Mom and Me pouch).

How to return an item:

for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from Mom and Me once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 20 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item.
